We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Each piece is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail and care.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped via DHL Express (2-5 working days).

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs procedures, public holidays, or local courier delays.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders.
  • Import duties, customs taxes, or any additional charges imposed by your country’s regulations are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not covered by LOVELYN.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, a DHL tracking number will be emailed to you.
You may track your shipment via the DHL website or the tracking link provided.


DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
  • LOVELYN is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once dispatched.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before checking out.
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
